List "Northeast Alpine and Natural 360 View Peaks" By wayfarer

Notes: This is meant to be a checklist generally based on a forum thread from Views From The Top and one created by cbucker on SummitPost here: http://www.summitpost.org/list/419290/northeast-alpine-peaks.html He did considerable research to single out peaks that are considered to be "alpine" in the Northeast U.S.A. He explains his criteria and the need to protect these limited and fragile areas on the site above. I feel like it makes a list worthy of attention to anyone who loves the Northeastern mountains. I would certainly like to eventually visit them all and thought this list was worth sharing with other Northeastern peakbaggers. There may be some disagreement as to some peaks on the list, but generally speaking, all these peaks provide more or less unobstructed 360 degree views from ground level, that is to say without having to climb a tower. I am also open to suggestions for peaks to add or remove but there is little or no elevation or prominence criteria involved. As such, I have also added some peaks suggested by John Thompson and removed Fulling Mill Mountain. The latter was replaced with Fulling Mill's South Peak.
