Red vs. Blue pins on map?

Red vs. Blue pins on map?

When I look at the map on my phone, the Peaks are marked by pins. But some of the pins are red and some are blue. What is the difference? Thanks. :-D

Red = ranked (300+ feet of prominence). Blue = unranked.
