After some research into some obscure books I own, it appears this mountain might be named, "Coffee Pot Hill", being on the road formerly known as "Maxwell House Road" (Now known as S. Maxwell Hill Road). Evidently, there was some sort of B.S. "land swap" for each stamp from Maxwell House coffee. Evidently, they were trying to sell property and "own a piece of Colorado", albeit square feet. Weird. So eventually, they changed the name of the road after some legal dispute about trying to own and sell a few square feet of property. I'll add the link for the book when I re-find it...
