Chaffee is a great high elevation list. 107 of its 163 summits are in the state's highest 1000 list (or 12500'+). Outstanding from an access standpoint as well.

In terms of hardest moves, three come to mind -
12135,
13462 or
9082. Ice Mountain may fit in there, but the beta available for it detracts from the challenge, plus I felt the south side of Ice was more like 2+ than 3. Because of the long hike required for 9082 and no other nearby peaks to share the burden of the approach, I'd say that's the toughest one.
