According to the register placed by Jim Disney, 8460 is named "Noel's Knob".
Howard Pomranka's guide also uses this name.

Nice Knob, Brian! Do you agree that the west ridge is 5.0, or slightly harder? Fun rock up there.

I didn't even look at the west ridge based on this report.
I took the southeast face and felt that it was at least 5.3 to me.
