Erik Packard completes Delta County

Congrats to Erik finishing the 40 ranked summits of Delta county - the first to do so. Needle Rock alone makes this a tough county.

Well done, Erik!

Are many of these peaks on public land, or mostly private out there? Congratulations on being the first and only.

Good to see Bob isn't the only Packard out there climbing peaks.

Delta.....I recall Landsend in '06 was a decent grind going up the steep S side. Seems like there are some good places to check out on Grand Mesa also.

If Mesa County is next, that is going to take some effort with those sandstone peaks near Gateway.

Congrats Erik! Any comments on this county? How was Needle Rock?
