Shown on the Ormes' PP atlas as "Runs-down-fast mountain". Alternate name again. Better than 11048, imho. :disturbed:

A nice unofficial name indeed! There's a big scree field just below the saddle that makes a quick "Runs-down-Fast".

Kevin - do you have the most recent version of the PP Atlas? I finally got another one on Amazon (after waiting for a year). Nice waterproof version!

I haven't got around to doing that yet. It sure is a nice resource to see some of the trails that aren't on the USGS maps.

They're kind of hard to find! Especially since they aren't making it anymore...

By whatever name (and this is really a cool one), this is a rarely-visited but interesting peak. There's clearly more than one way to get to it, although I've only taken one (with slight variation). Which one's best??
