unlike 14W, you can delete your own posts on the this forum. I know, I've done it a couple of times. Its the X to the right of "Edit".

I'm probably an idiot, but I don't see it. I hit the "edit" button, but then on the following page, I can't find the "delete" key...? More help?

John must be playing tricks, it was there yesterday, gone today.

EDIT: I see it for this post but not for my post above, perhaps there is a time limit. Create a new post and then look for the X.

Edit: 9:30am, X still there after 2 hours, my guess is 24hrs.

Once someone has replied to a post, it can't be deleted (unless you're me). So Dwight, looks like your attempt to help backfired - at least now you'll know how deleting works (or doesn't)...
