Sounds like Phase 1 trail construction is just getting under way.

Will be nice to have trails to the summit of Maryland Mountain, although they're part of Phases 2 and 3. So it will be probably be a while.

Poaching the summit from the reservoir was fun though.

Google Earth and ERSI Satellite views appear to show trailhead construction in process.

The trailhead and bridge are all installed/done. One of COMBA's emails said the first downhill trail is done, which leads me to think the trail to the summit is also done... But
