Mike Offerman completed the Colorado County Highpoints list on Sept. 5 with a successful ascent of Delta County HP Mount Lamborn! Congratulations Mike! I was impressed by your drive to finish this list over the past year or so. Which was your first CO COHP?

Mike is the 27th person on LOJ to report completion of the list, and I assume there are a handful of other completers who aren't members of this site.

I believe that Elbert was my first HP, went up there as a kid with my family. I would say that Mt Zirkel was my favorite, had never been in that wilderness. Looking forward to exploring more peaks in there. Some of the Eastern plains were fun to visit, kind of fun talking with some of the ranching families and such a different world than the front range or mtns.

Sounds like I am the 39th finisher. Looking forward to signing the ax this weekend (which was my motivation for getting off my butt and finishing)!
