Washington DC highpoint

I know DC isn't a state, but

a) what is the official HP of DC?

and b) would it be worth putting on LOJ? :worms:

I believe the info in the Wingers' state highpoint book says that the actual high point is behind the fence -- this is more current.

Looks like 25 rinky-dink named summits, not including the HP. Not feeling particularly motivated to list them. Probably will save this state equivalent for last.
