Benson Ridge, NM

Just wondering, why the high point of Benson Ridge NM listed as 9,686, instead of 9,700 feet. There is no given elevation on the map - it would interpolate to 9,700 feet.

Was it determined that Point 9,695, the "other" candidate for the high point of the South Sacramento Mountains, is higher? Can they be seen from one another to hand-level?

I have my personal lists showing that Benson Ridge is 9700 - I'd like to correct that if needed.

I don't remember why Benson got listed as 9686. I probably inherited that elevation form TOPO!'s waypoint feature and didn't see a conflict with any other list at the time. I gave the prominence to Benson Ridge and changed the other attributes accordingly. Thanks for pointing this out.
