"Squaw" replacement names - project complete

Apparently, the Feds can move fast when they want to! :-D

As you may know, the Secretary of the Interior ordered the USGS to find replacement names for every feature with "squaw" in its name. The order was dated November 19, 2021. Order here:

After that, a lot of bureaucracy was conducted on a compressed timeline, new names for around 650 features were chosen, and the project was announced as complete on September 8, 2022. Yes, less than a year after the original order! Link to announcement:

It appears LOJ has already updated all the peaks that were affected. I wish the updated BGN page for each provided some insight into why the new name was chosen. Also, if the new name is in a language other than English, an explanation of what it means. To get that information (or some pronunciation help! :oops: ), apparently you'll have to "google" the names.
