Short Mountain

I did this Pa. peak today (nice hike!). It is listed at 1815 feet, but it looks to me on the topo map that there are two contour lines above 1800. Shouldn't it be listed at 1840+? My highest GPS reading was just over 1820, but my GPS read low on all four of the peaks I did today. Drdickie Dick Oestreicher
